How strong is the evidence, really?

The data star. Finnish cohort studies of thousands of men, followed for two decades, link sauna use 4–7 times a week to roughly 40% lower all-cause and 50% lower cardiovascular mortality, plus lower dementia and hypertension risk.

The catch

It's observational, and it used hot, traditional saunas — not infrared. Don't transfer the claim to a cooler device.

StrongSleep (and cooling it)

Sleep is robustly tied to cardiovascular, metabolic and cognitive health, with mortality lowest around seven hours. A cooler core helps you fall and stay asleep, so cooling the sleep environment is a well-supported lever.

The catch
